Return Policy - I want you to be happy with your purchase from Designs by Lisa. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I will be happy to refund any item within 7 days of the purchase. Just email me at Lisa@DesignsbyLisa.BIZ and let me know why you are returning the item. The item(s) must be returned in the same perfect condition in which it was shipped to you. Unless the item was damaged in shipping, the customer will be responsible for shipping expenses regarding the return of the item. Designs by Lisa reserves the right to refuse refunds on returned items. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Shipping and Delivery - All items will be shipped in secure, protective packaging. To secure both Designs by Lisa and my customers from potential fraud, I need the valid billing address of the credit card before we can process the order. No P.O. Box shipments will be accepted. All orders must be shipped to a street address. Orders are generally shipped within 1 - 2 business days via the U.S. Postal Service, at rates specified by the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping methods and costs for orders outside of the United States are quoted on a case by case basis. The customer will be responsible for local customs and taxes on international orders.
New Jersey State Sales Tax - As a New Jersey-based company, Designs by Lisa is required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.
Credit Card Orders / Security - Shopping at Designs by Lisa is safe and guaranteed. Our servers use 256-bit SSL encryption. You can use my secure order form and place your order on-line using PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover Card. Not one of our customers has ever reported fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of purchases made at Designs by Lisa. Our secure server software encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. If you are still concerned about using your credit card over the internet, please contact me via the feedback form on my website and I'll be happy to call you back and process your order over the phone. Designs by Lisa will never sell, trade or distribute any personal information you have given to us.
Payments - In addition to accepting PayPal and credit card orders online, I'll also accept Money Orders and Cashier Checks if mailed to my PO Box. Please contact me via the feedback form on my website and I'll gladly work out the arrangements with you.
